- Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Energised items, personalised products and poojas already performed are non-refundable.
- Pooja bookings cancelled 48 hours before the muhurat receive a full refund.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
